In Jerez the 2022 MotoE season is started

In the Angel Nieto Track in Jerez de la Frontera, three days of test marked the start of the FIM MotoE cup 2022 season, the World Championship for the electric Motorcycles.

The two Airohriders, rookies in this category, Alessio Finello and Marc Alcoba, together with the “veteran” Maria Herrera, have been able to measure the new Energetica brought to the track with some small technical changes compared to previous seasons. These changes related to the inverter and motor allowed the improving of the weight distribution making the bike much more manageable.

After two days of rain and bad weather, at the end of the third tests day the best times have been recorded, the 1:48.634 achieved by Dominique Aegerter is the Chrono reference.

Excellent however the first performances of Finello and Alcoba. This last, together with Maria Herrera, completes the team Aspar, whole Airoh, in a category and on a bike far from simple to face.
